Fantastic Family Stay

The resort is GORGEOUS, very well-kept, and has everything a family needs. Service was very prompt and courteous. It's a short walk to a water park and amusement park from the rooms. This offers endless entertainment for children. The half board plus option included buffet breakfast and dinner at the main restaurant or Hikina.
I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a buggy at Riverland, despite asking staff to assist me.

The hotel offered direct access to the parks, nice for quick transitions between the hotel and attractions. This proximity was very convenient for returning to the hotel for breaks during the day with young children. Transportation options are readily available from the hotel to the parks.

The hotel includes access to multiple swimming pools with varying depths appropriate for children and adults. A kids club is available, though information regarding activities was not proactively communicated, this might be improved. The rooms are very nice and neat.

Excellent stay, amazing staff!

I extend my gratitude to Mr Hawley. His smile and positive feelings made my day very nice. Amber and Wala at the reception were great. I am a Marriott member, and I always love this place.
I noticed that the area has few delivery options, so in-room dining might be preferred. A better selection of restaurants near the parks would be great. Guests would certainly benefit from more dining choices.

Our room was very aesthetic and clean. The river view from the room was relaxing. It included complimentary beach access to Sheraton JBR and a shuttle to MOE and Dubai Mall. I FOUND the bed was very comfortable.

fantastic family getaway!

this hotel is fine and kept very clean. the staff is always happy and ready to assist. ryan, the pool attendant, made sure we had our preferred sunbeds by the pool each day. the lazy river was fantastic for both adults and kids. breakfast included fresh pasta. half board plus offers great value with daily soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.
one very slight negative is the shuttle returns too early from the city , requiring a taxi for later stays.

i felt very thankful for the spacious room , it was clean. the balcony offered a relaxing view with greenery and water features. the food was delicious , i particularly enjoyed the fast and efficient room service. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the parks , just a short buggy ride away.
the air conditioning was centrally controlled , and i was unable to adjust the temperature , so it was a bit cold for me.

i found the breakfast variety excellent , there was a great choice of food to cater for everyone. the asian restaurant hakina offered an excellent experience with amazing food and attentive staff.

the suite offered a comfortable king bed and a balcony with a resort view. complimentary beach access to sheraton jbr was included , this gave me more options. a shuttle to the mall of the emirates and the mall provided convenient transportation.

The staff was consistently friendly and ready to help (. Zainul Abideen from the Kelea restaurant stood out, as did Sabir and Melina from reception. Anees, Riya, and medic Khalifa also showed great care when my child had a small accident.

the staff prepared a surprise for my daughter's birthday. we also liked the park, where my daughter played water. (the koi fish were fun to feed).
waiting for the room card took one hour at the reception. the room card did not work consistently, even when kept away from my mobile phone.
